Our New Picture Wall

All summer my goal has been to put our wedding pictures on our wall in all the frames we got as gifts! I have finally done it!!

Cutie Little Puppies!

Chris' mom, Mama Lela, just had new little baby poodles born last week! There were two litters, for a total of 5 cute little puppies!! My mommy definitely wants a new baby now!

Al P Squared's Wedding!

Al and Alisha had their wedding reception at Noah's in South Jordan. All the boys were in the wedding and looked fabulous in their vests and tux pants :)

Their line was insanely long! About 2 hours and 45 min so we left for some Wendy's in the middle. We also took some great photo booth shots and decorated their car! We found out later though, that even though we decorated Al P's car, they parked Alisha's car around the corner....So, after we saw them off, they drove over to her car and took that to their hotel! They just left Al P's car in the parking lot!! We got out smarter.

We all had a blast but were exhausted by the time we got home!

Al P's Wedding Dinner

Wednesday, July 6th was Al P and Alisha's wedding shower. We had a lot of fun with all the boys and their wives/girlfriends/no ones :)

4th of July

Things are very different in Utah when it comes to the Fourth of July, especially in 2011! Utah has just recently made aerial fireworks legal in the state of Utah! In fact, its nearly impossible to tell the difference between legal and illegal fireworks here now because just about anything that is illegal doesn't look different enough from the illegal ones and how can you even tell once they're all blown up?! This year, we went to Alex's parents house for the 2nd and did fireworks with his cousins, aunt and uncle, and the rest of his family. Dustin and Bri came too :) Fourth of July is extremely different when you can lay down and see the whole neighborhoods fireworks! Its amazing!

On the 4th, we went to Seven Peaks Waterpark, had lunch together, Alex went to work for a few hours then we went back up to Alex's parents house to make homemade ice cream and see the fireworks that Sandy City put on. And, to show our true patriotism, we paint Maizey blue and red so that we could have a red, white and blue duck :)
